How to Choose the Desired Color for Coloring Pages

Fixed Color Panel
After opening the page with the coloring plot, you will see a rectangular block with an image of multicolored pencils located to the left of the drawing.
Select the desired color by clicking on the pencil icon that you think is most suitable for coloring the anticipated area of the coloring page.
The pencil icon will become active, and an additional palette will appear in the form of a row of circles with shades of the selected color.
Click on the circle with the desired shade, and the circle will turn into a square with rounded corners, confirming the color being used.
Move the cursor to the coloring area. The mouse cursor will change to a pencil icon displaying the corresponding color.
Simply click within the desired detail of the drawing, and this entire area will be filled with the selected shade.
Repeat these steps to color all elements of the online coloring page.
The fixed color panel contains 140 preset tones and shades that are sufficient for coloring any animated coloring page on the site.
Analog Color Panel
If you want to use a wider range of different tones and their shades, we can offer an analog panel for more precise selection and correction of the required color.
With the analog panel, you can access 1,200,000 different color shades.
Press the palette change button for coloring, located below the block with pencils, which shows a rainbow stripe.
Using the slider with an image of the color spectrum, select the desired color temperature or simply click in the desired area of the rainbow stripe.
Using the brightness regulator, set the desired intensity to get a lighter or darker shade. The values on the slider can vary from 0 to 100, where 0 represents absolute black and 100 represents absolute white. Moving the slider down darkens the color, while moving it up lightens it. For more precise tone correction, you can enter the brightness level directly from the keyboard by clicking on the digital field located nearby.
By adjusting the saturation regulator, set the desired level of richness for the hue used in the coloring. The values on the slider also range from 0 to 100 where 0 represents a shade of gray and 100 represents a fully saturated tone. Moving the slider down decreases saturation, making the color less vivid and approaching gray, and vice versa, moving the slider up increases saturation, allowing you to achieve brighter and more saturated tones. You can also enter the saturation level directly from the keyboard.
When pressing the reset button located between the brightness and saturation sliders, the brightness of the selected color automatically becomes 50%, and the saturation becomes 100%, corresponding to the maximum vibrancy of the current shade.
For convenience, at the bottom of the palette with manual adjustment of color characteristics, there is a window displaying the result of the final color shade that will be applied when coloring the details of the drawing.
When activating the analog panel, the positions of all sliders will automatically become equal to the last value of the selected color, its brightness, and saturation.
Undoing the Last Action
In our animated coloring pages, there is an option to undo the coloring of the last detail of the picture and revert to the previous color.
- If you accidentally colored the wrong element, simply click the "Undo Last Color" button.
- The last area you colored will return to the previous color tone.
Copying Color from the Coloring Canvas
If during the coloring process you need to reapply a color that was used earlier, use the pipette function.
- Press the "Take Color from the Coloring" button and the cursor will change to a pipette instead of a pencil.
- Click on the area of the coloring with the necessary shade of color, and the cursor will change back to a pencil, painted in the corresponding color tone.
- Color the area you need with the color taken from the coloring.
